With over 20 years in the meetings and events industry Michelle has extensive expertise in bringing clients’ visions to life. She is passionate about running a successful women-owned business. Michelle enjoys mentoring and being mentored and works vigorously to create solid long-lasting relationships. Michelle received her degree in communications from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Megan believes that as long as you keep an open mind and have the ability to think on your feet, there is never a situation that is too great to overcome. With her iPhone, the internet and email, she is unstoppable. The most rewarding part of what she does is the constant drive to push the boundaries of “standard” meetings and events. Her innate ability to create unique experiences drives long term client loyalty and ensures that events always tie back to the overall objectives, brand and theme. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality, Meeting and Travel Administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Megan has worked for Encore since 1999. She has led the team of 17 planners and overseen the incentives and large event business prior to joining Encore as a co-owner.
